Refunds and Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions

Lite (R49/month or R490/year), Plus (R99/month or R990/year), Pro (R199/month or R1,990/year) and Max (R349/month or R3,490/year) are recurring subscriptions processed by PayFast. Annual billing provides 12 months for the price of 10. The 15-message lifetime Free trial is not a recurring subscription, cash credit or refundable balance.

Cancel renewal

You can cancel renewal from account Settings. We send the cancellation request to PayFast and mark the subscription to end after the current monthly or annual paid period. You keep plan access until that period ends, subject to fair-use allowances, smart-credit limits and account standing. We will not charge the next renewal after cancellation has taken effect.

Refund requests

Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund or prorate the current paid period. Contact us if you were charged more than once, charged after an effective cancellation, charged an incorrect amount, or could not receive the paid service. We will investigate against our records and the PayFast transaction record and correct confirmed billing errors.

Other refund requests are assessed on their facts, use of the service and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act where they apply.

How to contact us

Email hello@malesedi.ai from the address on your MaLesedi account. Include your plan, charge date, amount and PayFast payment reference. Do not email a full card number or CVV. We may ask for additional non-sensitive information to verify the account and payment. Deferred products

MaLesedi does not currently sell BYOK, MCP, code, cowork or design products, and the MzansiMind and UbuntuMind skills libraries do not accept subscriptions or donations. Roadmap concepts therefore have no separate cancellation or refund process.
